#10 Monday Motivations

  1. If we wait for the perfect conditions, nothing will ever get done.  Stop waiting.
  2. Our bodies don’t have the ability to turn garbage into a high quality product. All of our cells, muscles, skin, bones, et cetera are built by the food that we supply. Choose wisely.
  3. We only get one body. Let’s show ourselves some respect. Our bodies deserve the best, so make it a priority to keep it clean. Eat unprocessed foods that are high in nutrition.
  4. If we treat our body right it will treat us right. In the long run our bodies will either be our best friends or our own worst enemies. It’s all up to you!
  5. ​When you think of quitting or cheating, remind yourself why you started.​  The best project you will ever work on is YOU.
  6. Strength doesn’t come from what we can do. It comes from overcoming the things we once thought we couldn’t.
  7. Obstacles don’t have to stop us. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
  8. Whenever we make important decisions, first ask if it gets you closer to your goals or farther away. If the answer is closer, pull the trigger. If it’s farther away, make a different choice.
  9. Don’t work out because you hate your body — work out because you love it.
  10. We may not be there yet, but we are closer than we were yesterday.
