Innovative supplemental training

You probably already have a coach that is specific to your sport, but do you have an experienced and knowledgeable coach that works in tandem with you and your coaches to increase your performance in a highly individualized way – providing you with the extra push that you might be needing to fulfill your goals?

At RW, we work specifically with you on your nutrition program while working in tandem to further develop your physical endurance. We work through roadblocks that you may have both internally and externally.

Our sport-specific and individualized programming is designed specifically for athletes preparing for an upcoming competition, gaining an advantage in the off-season, and keeping your skills sharp during the season. Our programs push athletes hard and make them faster, stronger, more agile, and more successful than they ever thought possible.

Training Modalities

A Multi-Tiered Approach to Effective Training

Our approach to athletic performance looks at all aspects of your training and life to find areas that can be approved. While a dedicated athlete may spend 10 hours a week training for a sport, there are the other 158 hours of off the field training that so often get overlooked. Our holistic approach will follow an evolving plan based on our core coaching modalities.

TRAINing THE MIND

We integrate cognitive and behavioral techniques and tools alongside education and accountability to help you succeed in obtaining better performance overall, working in conjunction with your sports coaches, physicians, chiropractors, massage therapist, and other specialties to integrate a symbiotic approach to support your goals and growth.

TRAINing THE BODY

Supplemental training is key to developing a well rounded game. While your primary coaches will focus a greater emphasis on skill, we will focus on physical capacity to execute that skill. Training areas may include:

  • Strength training
  • Power and speed training
  • Endurance training

  • Active recovery training
  • Flexibility training
  • Stability and injury prevention

TRAINing THE diet

Generating an improved output is possible through effort and persistence. But what you put in your body is often what you get out of it. Nutrition and fueling your body correctly before, during, and after training is essential for recovery and growth. 

Nutrition assessments include evaluating eating habits, food choices, food availability, eating frequency, and meal composition. Integrations of nutrition are absolutely essential to take your ability to the next level.
