GREEK YOGURT BREAKFAST BOWLS

This recipe is simple and quite easy! It’s also a great choice for breakfast or a snack.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup whole milk low or no sugar Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla

½ tablespoon maple syrup 

1 cup sliced apples (or fruit of choice)

¼ cup granola 

Dash of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl and add maple syrup. Mix. Top with ½ cup of seasonal fruit and 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite granola.
